A Retail Exchange is an association of a multitude of members\clients, being business owners and professionals who trade their goods and services with a multitude of other members of Network Group’s , ( providing services to the network particularly that of the exclusive record keeping and central administration of the network). A comprehensive set of Trade Rules and Regulations and Codes of Conduct and Ethics provide the framework for the unique business relationship between Exchange and its clients and associated service companies.

Trade Exchanges currently operate on three levels to serve the varying needs of their members namely

1. THE RETAIL LEVEL which is a service in America and provides the foundation for the Retail Trade Exchange’s success representing transactions between small to medium-sized businesses.

2. THE CORPORATE LEVEL which in an expanding economy enables Trade Exchanges to serve the haves and wants of its corporate traders in volumes associated with corporate trade on a regional or national basis.

3. THE INTERNATIONAL LEVEL which deals with the exchange of goods and services which cross international boundaries. This is an evolving and essential service which in the current and future economic development of our country will take on greater significance in the structure of reciprocal international trade which is an essential element of progress and growth of a healthy future economy.
